How We Work:
We’re a remote‑first company that values asynchronous communication and deep work. We collaborate using Slack and Notion, and keep meetings to a minimum, usually on Mondays. We like to keep things simple. Your success won’t be measured by how much code you write, but by how elegantly you can solve problems. The best solution is often the simplest one, fewer lines of code, fewer moving parts, fewer dependencies, and easier maintenance.
You’ll earn praise for removing unnecessary complexity from our codebase, and removing dependencies from our package.json, not adding to it.
