Role Overview

As a Frontend Developer, you will take ownership of the stability and performance of ReactJS applications. This is a core engineering role, not a standard ticket-closing position. You will work closely with backend, QA, and product teams to optimize rendering, resolve complex integration issues, and maintain high reliability.

You will gain deep product mastery, enabling you to proactively improve the frontend experience and deliver glitch-free applications for real users.

Key Responsibilities

Core Development & UX Optimization

  • Optimize React applications using React Profiler, DevTools, and performance engineering techniques
  • Debug complex issues in React, GraphQL, and Node.js API integrations
  • Improve system reliability by addressing UI failures and state management issues (Context API/Hooks)
  • Build self-contained, reusable, and testable components

Product Quality & Release Engineering

  • Collaborate with QA teams for pre-release testing and regression cycles
  • Validate user flows and provide feedback to improve long-term usability
  • Troubleshoot deployment-related frontend issues and ensure smooth CI/CD pipeline execution
  • Maintain integration stability and cross-functional communication with backend and DevOps teams

Technical Requirements

Core Stack

  • ReactJS: Hooks, Context API, React Router
  • API Integration: GraphQL and REST APIs
  • JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

Tooling & Best Practices

  • Observability: Sentry, LogRocket, or similar tools
  • Build Tools: Vite, Webpack
  • Version Control: GitHub/GitLab
  • Exposure to component-driven architectures or multi-tenant SaaS systems (plus)
