Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with expertise in Optimizely and modern frontend frameworks. This role focuses on transforming design files into pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible UI components, collaborating with backend and full-stack teams, and ensuring high-quality implementation across devices and browsers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, performant, and accessible Optimizely templates and components.
  • Integrate frontend components with CMS content and backend data pipelines.
  • Develop interactive features using JavaScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue, etc.).
  • Conduct cross-browser, device, and accessibility testing to meet WCAG standards.
  • Participate in daily Agile standups, planning, and sprint activities.
  • Optimize frontend performance for speed, efficiency, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of frontend development experience, including 2+ years with Optimizely.
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Experience working with Razor views and CMS rendering pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization.
  • Ability to interpret design specifications precisely and deliver pixel-perfect implementations.

Soft Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to participate in daily standups with U.S.-based design and project management teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to translate complex designs into working UI.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
