Job Summary

TechNiera is looking for a creative and passionate Frontend Developer with strong UI/UX design understanding to join our growing team in Raipur. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or developers with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build modern and interactive web applications.

As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for creating responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces while collaborating with designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to create seamless and efficient user experiences.

UI Implementation

• Implement interactive UI elements, animations, and transitions to enhance usability and engagement.

Performance Optimization

• Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

Design Conversion

• Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs into pixel-perfect and fully functional web interfaces.

User Testing

• Conduct usability testing and implement improvements based on user feedback and analytics.

Technology Updates

• Stay updated with latest frontend technologies, design trends, and development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Front-End Technologies

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with at least one framework such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular

UI/UX Design Knowledge

• Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and interface design
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

CSS Frameworks & Preprocessors

• Hands-on experience with SASS / SCSS
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS

Responsive Web Design

• Ability to build mobile-first, responsive designs that work across all devices.

Version Control

• Experience using Git, GitHub, or GitLab.

Graphic Design Fundamentals

• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.

Problem Solving

• Strong debugging, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
