🚀 About the Role

We are seeking a Frontend Developer – HTML/CSS (Freelancer) to support high-impact AI training and evaluation projects.

In this role, you will collaborate with leading AI organizations to:

• Improve the quality of AI-generated frontend outputs
• Evaluate and refine HTML/CSS solutions
• Enhance AI understanding of UI/UX best practices

Your work will directly influence how advanced AI models generate clean, accessible, and production-ready frontend code.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 AI Response Evaluation & Annotation

• Review and annotate AI-generated HTML/CSS responses
• Improve structure, correctness, and visual clarity
• Rate frontend-related prompts and generated outputs

🔹 Code Quality & Standards

• Evaluate semantic correctness and maintainability
• Identify improper markup, inefficient CSS, or layout issues
• Ensure adherence to modern web standards

🔹 UI & Layout Assessment

• Review layouts for responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
• Assess accessibility (WCAG standards, ARIA basics)
• Analyze spacing, typography, color usage, and visual consistency

🔹 Feedback & Model Improvement

• Provide structured feedback to improve AI outputs
• Identify common frontend errors and improvement areas
• Support refinement of AI-generated UI implementations

🔴 Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3
• Expertise in:
  • Semantic markup
  • Flexbox
  • CSS Grid
• Good understanding of:
  • Responsive & mobile-first design
  • Cross-device compatibility
• Familiarity with:
  • Accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • ARIA fundamentals
  • Inclusive UI practices
• Ability to review and critique frontend code
• Interest in AI model improvement and evaluation

📌 Earning Potential:
