💼 About the Role

We are hiring a Frontend Developer – HTML/CSS (Freelancer) to contribute to high-impact AI training and evaluation projects.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with leading AI research and product teams
  • Evaluate and refine AI-generated frontend outputs
  • Improve the quality, structure, accessibility, and usability of AI-generated HTML/CSS code

Your work will directly influence how AI systems generate clean, semantic, accessible, and production-ready frontend code.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Review and annotate AI-generated HTML & CSS responses
  • Evaluate semantic structure, code clarity, and maintainability
  • Assess responsiveness using modern layout techniques (Flexbox, Grid)
  • Analyze UI consistency: spacing, typography, color usage, alignment
  • Check cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first responsiveness
  • Identify accessibility gaps (WCAG compliance, ARIA usage)
  • Provide structured feedback on:
    • Improper semantics
    • Inefficient CSS
    • Layout breakages
    • Accessibility shortcomings
  • Help train AI systems by rating frontend-related prompts and generated outputs

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3
  • Expertise in:
    • Semantic markup
    • Flexbox & CSS Grid
    • Responsive design principles
  • Good understanding of:
    • Mobile-first development
    • Cross-device compatibility
    • Accessibility standards (WCAG)
    • ARIA fundamentals
  • Ability to critically review frontend code for:
    • Structure
    • Maintainability
    • Best practices
  • Interest in contributing to large-scale AI model improvement
  • Basic familiarity with design-to-code translation workflows (plus point)
