About the Role

Astrotalk is seeking a Frontend Developer skilled in Angular to build fast, scalable, and user-friendly web and mobile applications. You’ll focus on clean UI, performance optimization, and Angular best practices, translating business and user requirements into functional, responsive frontend solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop responsive web and mobile applications using Angular.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following Angular best practices.
  • Implement UI components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Develop application code and unit tests in Angular.
  • Debug and troubleshoot frontend issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers, QA, and Software Engineers.
  • Adapt interfaces for modern web applications using the latest frontend technologies.
  • Make technical and design decisions for Angular-based projects.
  • Work with task management systems and follow Agile/Scrum processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ months experience in Angular 7+ / Angular Dart.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.
  • Experience writing cross-browser compatible code.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript MVC/MVVM frameworks (AngularJS).
  • Hands-on experience with frontend and backend JavaScript applications.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Git or other version control tools.
  • Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Hands-on coding experience is mandatory.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience with Angular 8+, Bootstrap, Node.js, Ionic Framework.
  • Strong understanding of Angular lifecycle, events, and SPA concepts.
  • Experience in responsive web application design.
  • Knowledge of Angular Material.
  • Exposure to Relational Databases & SQL is a plus.
  • Core Java experience is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with design patterns, algorithms, and Agile teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
