📝 Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Frontend Developer to join our growing development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the user interface and user experience of modern web applications.

The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience working with modern front-end technologies. However, freshers with strong development skills and a passion for front-end development are also encouraged to apply.

You will work closely with designers, developers, and product teams to create responsive, high-performance, and visually engaging web applications.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, scalable, and maintainable frontend applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Next.js
• Collaborate with the design team to transform UI/UX designs into functional and visually appealing interfaces
• Implement responsive web design principles to ensure compatibility across devices and browsers
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components and front-end libraries
• Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code following best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the overall codebase
• Ensure high performance, accessibility, and usability of web applications

🛠 Requirements

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js and Next.js
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of responsive web design principles
• Familiarity with CSS frameworks and preprocessors such as Tailwind CSS
• Experience with modern build tools like Webpack or RSpack
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux
• Familiarity with authentication systems like NextAuth
• Understanding of web performance optimization techniques
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards
