Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Front-End Web Developer who can transform business requirements into user-friendly and visually engaging web experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and design teams to plan, design, and develop responsive websites using modern front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze requirements from product owners and business analysts.
  • Conduct research and create website sitemaps or wireframes based on user requirements using a User Personas approach.
  • Prepare structured site maps including topics and subtopics to improve website navigation and usability.
  • Design interactive layouts using visualization tools such as Figma and InVision.
  • Develop responsive web interfaces using:
    • HTML
    • CSS
    • JavaScript
    • Bootstrap
    • jQuery
  • Convert user stories and design concepts into functional front-end code.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for usability, performance, and accessibility.
  • Monitor the deployment process and verify that releases meet project requirements.
  • Troubleshoot issues during deployment and roll back to a stable version if necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the product.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery
  • Experience creating sitemaps, wireframes, and user flows
  • Familiarity with Figma, InVision, or similar design tools
  • Understanding of responsive web design and UI/UX principles
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of deployment and version control processes

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related engineering field
  • Some professional experience in web development or a related field is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks
  • Understanding of website performance optimization and accessibility standards
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
