Job Summary

We are seeking a Front End Web Developer to build intuitive, responsive, and accessible interfaces for our web-based HR and payroll solutions. This role involves close collaboration with UX designers, product managers, and back-end developers to deliver seamless, high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable front-end components using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
  • Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end best practices.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues across browsers and devices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of front-end development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with TypeScript, Webpack, or other modern build tools.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS environments.
