Location: India (Remote)

About the Role:
PeopleFluent’s Learning Management team is seeking a Front-End UI Web Developer who thrives on building software with modern technologies and enjoys collaborating in a team environment. The ideal candidate takes ownership of delivered work, continuously improves coding practices, and communicates effectively to influence team decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Build world-class user interfaces and front-end components for PeopleFluent’s suite of products
  • Collaborate with design and backend teams on API integration and design feasibility
  • Break down front-end tasks, prioritize, and ensure completion
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Evaluate API and design deliverables for feasibility and quality

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Frontend Frameworks: React, Redux, Angular (AG Grid library knowledge is a plus)
  • Programming Languages: TypeScript, JavaScript (ECMAScript 6)
  • Experience working with REST APIs (Axios library a plus)
  • Strong eye for design and detail, with experience in responsive web design
  • Familiar with WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards
  • Experience with localization and multilingual implementations
  • Ability to take a feature/design mockup from requirements to launch
  • Familiar with decoupled frontend architecture and legacy UI transformation

Experience:

  • Microapps architecture experience
  • Advanced HTML semantics, CSS, and preprocessors
  • Git usage and workflow knowledge
  • QA Automation testing with Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Tools: Jira, Confluence
  • Mobile-first responsive design
  • Deployment tools such as Webpack, Babel, Docker
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
