Front End/UI Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Front-End UI Developer with expertise in Next.js, React.js, and Tailwind CSS, combined with a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles. In this role, you will craft scalable, responsive user interfaces, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless integration of APIs and design systems into our multi-tenant SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable, responsive front-end interfaces using Next.js, React.js, and Tailwind CSS.
Translate mockup designs from Figma into high-quality, production-ready code.
Collaborate with designers, back-end engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs and APIs.
Ensure applications meet cross-browser compatibility and WCAG accessibility standards.
Optimize front-end performance for speed, scalability, and usability.
Build and maintain reusable components, libraries, and code for future use.
Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and uphold clean, maintainable, and efficient codebases.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and design principles to keep our platforms at the forefront of innovation

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in front-end development for web applications.
Proficiency in Next.js, React.js, Tailwind CSS, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.
Expertise in translating designs from Figma into responsive, high-quality user interfaces.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles, performance optimization techniques, and modern design systems.
Experience working with multi-tenant SaaS platforms, focusing on scalability and user engagement.
Solid understanding of version control systems such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile development environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with RESTful API integration and basic API interaction workflows.
Basic experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for optimizing web applications.

Pay: ?1,800,000.00 – ?2,400,000.00 per year
