Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Front End Senior Engineer with a strong background in frontend architecture and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern web technologies, performance optimization, accessibility, and scalable UI systems. This role involves guiding technical solutions, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality, modular frontend applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, modular frontend architectures.
• Develop and maintain applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Manage state efficiently across large applications, leveraging modern state management patterns.
• Optimize frontend performance, ensuring fast load times, smooth interactions, and adherence to SEO and accessibility standards.
• Integrate with backend APIs, authentication flows, and edge delivery mechanisms.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments.
• Evaluate and leverage AI-enhanced engineering tools to improve development workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making and solution architecture.

Required Skills & Experience

• 11–15+ years of professional experience in frontend engineering, with recent leadership experience in solution architecture.
• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript ES6+.
• Deep knowledge of frontend architecture, state management, and modular UI systems.
• Proficiency in performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO standards.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Nx or TurboRepo.
• Solid understanding of API integration, authentication flows, and edge delivery.
• Experience in mentoring teams and guiding frontend best practices.
