Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Front-End React JS Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Redux, Material UI, and Node.js, and be capable of delivering responsive, accessible, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, integrate, test, and maintain robust web applications using React, TypeScript, Redux, Material UI, and Node.js.
  • Perform UI/UX development ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and adherence to modern web application standards.
  • Implement server-side rendering with Node.js when required.
  • Integrate frontend applications with microservices and reporting services.
  • Optimize applications for performance, cross-browser compatibility, and responsiveness across devices.
  • Provide technical leadership: mentor developers, guide coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Assist in maintaining and supporting applications built using other technologies as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Redux, Material UI, and Node.js.
  • Experience with server-side rendering, microservices, and performance optimization.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive web design.
  • Proven experience in mentoring and technical leadership within frontend teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in Agile/Scrum environments.
