Overview

This role focuses on designing and developing modern, scalable, and high-performance front-end applications using Next.js, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS, tightly integrated with AWS cloud services. The position involves close collaboration with backend teams, cloud architecture design, and full participation in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including CI/CD, DevOps, and microservices-based solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience
  • 8+ years of development experience using Next.js, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Strong, mandatory experience with the Next.js framework
  • 8+ years of AWS cloud-based application development
  • Strong understanding of AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Cognito, CloudFront
  • Experience using AWS Amplify for data management and CloudFront for content delivery
  • 8+ years of experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • 8+ years using AWS CloudWatch for monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Over 5+ years working with CMM/CMMI Level 3 methods and practices
  • Over 5+ years implementing Agile development and Test Driven Development (TDD)
  • Over 5+ years of experience creating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and managing deployments in AWS
  • Over 5+ years of experience developing microservices
  • Extensive knowledge of GIT / Azure DevOps source control tools

Responsibilities

  • Write well-designed, testable front-end code using Next.js, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, XML
  • Build visually appealing, responsive, user-friendly web interfaces while meeting accessibility standards
  • Collaborate closely with backend teams to design system and application architecture
  • Design scalable and reliable cloud-based applications using AWS services
  • Implement and integrate APIs for seamless communication between front-end and cloud services
  • Optimize front-end performance through code optimization, caching strategies, and image compression
  • Ensure optimal website speed and cross-browser compatibility
  • Execute the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering and technical documentation
  • Integrate software components into fully functional systems
  • Develop software design documents and collaborate with stakeholders for reviews and approvals
  • Use flowcharts, screen layouts, and documentation to ensure logical system flow
  • Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
