About the Role

We are seeking a Front End Developer skilled in React and JavaScript, with a strong focus on UI/UX design, to build modern, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. This role combines design sensibilities with front-end development expertise to create engaging digital experiences.

You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams to implement intuitive interfaces while maintaining code quality, accessibility, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive web applications using React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into functional and interactive web interfaces.
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to refine workflows and user experiences.
  • Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability across multiple devices and browsers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues, ensuring smooth and consistent user experiences.
  • Maintain best practices for front-end development, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to design discussions, and document development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience in UI/UX design implementation, converting wireframes and prototypes into real applications.
  • Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, Context API, or similar.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in design and implementation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries like Angular or Vue.js.
  • Knowledge of CSS pre-processors like Sass or Less.
  • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git/GitHub.
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Experience with performance optimization and debugging tools.
