🚀 Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Application Developer (W2 Only) with strong expertise in Angular and TypeScript to design, develop, and implement scalable enterprise-grade applications.

This role requires both strong frontend engineering capability and systems-level thinking — focusing on performance optimization, scalability, observability, and operational reliability.

You will function as both a hands-on developer and a technical consultant, helping architect high-performing web applications while strengthening DevOps and operational workflows.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript.
  • Work with technologies such as BoqWeb and Soy.
  • Architect high-performance, enterprise-scale web applications.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Define and enforce quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Suggest and integrate DevOps tools into build and deployment workflows.
  • Implement:
    • Logging
    • Monitoring
    • Alerting
    • Observability frameworks
  • Automate operational runbooks for self-healing systems.
  • Collaborate with application and production support teams during critical incidents.
  • Apply software engineering principles to IT operations (DevOps mindset).
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability across the application stack.

✅ Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of frontend architecture patterns.
  • Experience building scalable, high-performance applications.
  • Experience integrating applications into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of logging, monitoring, and alerting tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot production issues and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices.
  • Experience working in enterprise or large-scale environments.

  • Experience scaling complex applications.
  • Familiarity with observability tools and DevOps automation.
  • Experience automating operational runbooks.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems and reliability engineering principles.
  • Exposure to SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices.
