We are looking for a Front-End Developer (UI/UX) who is passionate about creating visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly web and mobile applications. In this role, you will collaborate with designers and backend developers to build intuitive digital experiences that deliver both performance and usability.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern frontend technologies, UI/UX design principles, and the ability to transform design concepts into interactive and responsive interfaces.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with backend developers and designers to build responsive web and mobile applications
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using React, React Native, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and style guides
  • Convert wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into fully functional user interfaces
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
  • Optimize application performance and UI/UX functionality
  • Identify and resolve UI/UX issues and bugs
  • Continuously improve the overall user experience

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio showcasing web or mobile interface designs
  • Expertise in HTML, CSS (SASS/LESS), and JavaScript
  • Experience with React.js or modern frontend frameworks
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Good understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, and color theory
  • Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack or Vite
  • Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

➕ Optional / Good-to-Have Skills

Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend integration

Experience with React Native or mobile-first development

Knowledge of state management tools like Redux or Context API

Understanding of performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading and code splitting

Familiarity with Git and agile development workflows
