About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Front-End Developer (React.js) who thrives on writing clean code, solving technical challenges, and taking full ownership of UI development.

Your primary focus will be building high-quality user interface components using modern React workflows such as Redux, Jotai, and react-tracked. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and performance-driven applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement web-based user interactions with precision.
  • Develop new user-facing features and reusable front-end components.
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, scalable code.
  • Build highly responsive UI components.
  • Troubleshoot interface issues and debug application errors.
  • Document application updates and maintain clean code practices.
  • Monitor and improve front-end performance.
  • Collaborate closely with backend developers and product teams.

Required Skills (Minimum)

  • Experience with design systems such as Evergreen, Spectrum, Material UI, Bootstrap.
  • Strong knowledge of state management libraries: Redux Toolkit, Jotai, react-tracked.
  • Hands-on experience with browser-based debugging tools.
  • Experience with TDD & BDD methodologies.
  • Familiarity with testing libraries like Mocha, Chai, Enzyme, React Testing Library (RTL).
  • Experience working with development tools.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and system thinking approach.
  • Open communication and willingness to ask for help when needed.
  • Proactive attitude and ownership mentality.

Recommended (Good to Have)

  • Proficiency in TypeScript.
  • Experience with Service Workers / Workbox.
  • Knowledge of Web Accessibility (ARIA).
  • Experience with performance profiling.
  • Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
  • High sense of accountability and ownership.
