Job Description

🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a Front-End Developer (React.js) who is passionate about writing clean code, solving technical challenges, and taking full ownership of UI development.

Your primary focus will be building robust, scalable, and maintainable UI components using React.js and modern state management workflows like Redux, Jotai, and react-tracked.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products while maintaining strong performance and usability standards.

🎯 Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement web-based user interactions effectively
  • Develop new user-facing features and reusable front-end libraries
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code
  • Build responsive and scalable UI components
  • Debug interface issues and resolve application errors
  • Document updates and maintain application changes
  • Monitor and optimize front-end performance

✅ Minimum Skills Required

  • Experience with design systems such as:
    • Evergreen
    • Spectrum
    • Material
    • Bootstrap
  • Knowledge of state management libraries:
    • Redux Toolkit
    • Jotai
    • react-tracked
  • Experience with browser-based debugging tools
  • Strong exposure to TDD / BDD methodologies
  • Experience with testing libraries:
    • Mocha
    • Chai
    • Enzyme
    • React Testing Library (RTL)
  • Strong system thinking and code-quality mindset
  • Familiarity with developer tools
  • Proactive communication & strong problem-solving attitude

  • Proficiency in TypeScript
  • Experience with Service Workers / Workbox
  • Knowledge of Web Accessibility (ARIA standards)
