About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Front End Developer with strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React to build high-quality, scalable web applications. This role focuses on implementing pixel-perfect designs, optimizing frontend performance, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

  1. JavaScript – Strong proficiency, including ES6+ features.
  2. React / Node.js – Experience building dynamic, interactive web applications.
  3. HTML5 & CSS3 – Deep understanding of responsive design, animations, and cross-browser compatibility.

Responsibilities

  • Implement interactive elements, animations, and transitions to enhance UX.
  • Convert design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive front-end code.
  • Build dynamic web applications using React, Node.js, and JavaScript.
  • Ensure compatibility across browsers and devices.
  • Debug frontend issues using developer tools, browser consoles, and performance monitoring.
  • Optimize web applications for speed, accessibility, and performance.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and QA teams for seamless delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in frontend web development with React, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with AJAX, XML, XSLT, and Web 2.0 techniques.
  • Knowledge of deployment tools (e.g., Capistrano) and source control (Git/GitHub).
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with frontend performance tools such as PageSpeed or similar.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

  • Web Developer / Software Developer experience in interactive, large-scale web applications.
  • Ability to work remotely across different time zones.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
