🎯 Front-End Leadership

  • Guide the design, implementation, and optimization of responsive and accessible UIs
  • Use modern frameworks and libraries such as React and Tailwind CSS
  • Define scalable front-end architecture and reusable component structures

⚡ Performance & Quality

  • Implement efficient rendering strategies and code splitting
  • Maintain performance optimization standards
  • Contribute to high-quality code practices through testing and code reviews

🔄 Full SDLC Participation

  • Lead planning, development, testing, deployment, and process improvements
  • Debug applications and configure existing systems
  • Take ownership of technical problem-solving and solution design

👥 Mentorship & Collaboration

  • Mentor and support other engineers
  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams

🛠 Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional frontend development experience (non-internship)
    • React
    • JavaScript
    • HTML
    • Strong CSS (Tailwind CSS preferred)
  • 8+ years of professional backend development experience
    • C# (.NET)
  • 8+ years of experience with database technologies
    • Oracle
    • PL/SQL
    • SQL Server
    • Entity Framework

⭐ Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of web services technologies:
    • SOAP
    • HTTP
    • WSDL
    • XSD
    • REST
  • Experience with additional frontend frameworks:
    • Angular
    • Vue.js
    • Knockout
  • Experience with Micro Front-end architecture
