We are seeking a dynamic Front-End Developer & Administrator to design, develop, and manage modern digital interfaces for both public-facing websites and mission-critical internal applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible, performant, and scalable UI/UX experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain company websites and enterprise applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, primarily on WordPress CMS.
  • Translate wireframes and mockups into functional, responsive, and accessible interfaces.
  • Build and maintain front-end applications using React, Angular, Alpine.js, or other modern frameworks.
  • Integrate front-end interfaces with RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Conduct usability testing, accessibility audits, and optimize user interaction flows.
  • Maintain code quality through unit testing with Jest, Enzyme, and code reviews.
  • Manage SharePoint intranet and assist with content management and internal tools.
  • Package and deliver UI data as JSON-based HTTP APIs as needed.
  • Mentor junior developers and champion best practices for front-end development.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, HCI, Digital Media Design, or equivalent experience (High School with 14+ years relevant experience considered).
  • Experience: 8–10+ years in front-end/UI development, including enterprise or mission-driven environments.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating responsive, accessible UI/UX design.
  • Expertise with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, JSON APIs, SQL Server integrations.
  • Advanced knowledge of design tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Adobe XD, Canva.
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks: React, Angular, Node.js.
  • Familiarity with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills for cross-functional teams.

Desired Skills & Interests:

  • Experience in secure systems, mission planning, or cyber operations.
  • Familiarity with certificate-based data access control.
  • Active in open source, hackathons, or technical speaking.
  • Passion for emerging technologies: AI, 3D/VR, Three.js.
  • Enthusiasm for mentoring, leadership, and team development.
