About the Role

We are looking for a high-level Front-End Developer who views web development as an art form. You aren’t just a coder; you are a bridge between sophisticated design and high-performance engineering.

As a member of our team, you will lead the charge in optimizing our React ecosystem, exploring new plugins, and ensuring seamless API integrations.

Key Responsibilities
• Design-to-Code Mastery: Expertly translate high-fidelity Figma designs into clean, semantic, and modular code.
• Architecture & Scaling: Develop and maintain complex web applications using React.js, focusing on state management and performance optimization.
• Cross-Framework Versatility: While React is our core, your ability to navigate or migrate Angular environments is a significant plus.
• Full-Stack Integration: Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs and ensure end-to-end data integrity.
• Tooling & Extensions: Implement and build custom React plugins/extensions to enhance the development workflow.
• Version Control: Manage complex branching, merging, and code reviews via Git.

Requirements

Technical Requirements
• Core Tech: 3-4+ years of experience with React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled Components, or SASS).
• Design Tools: Mastery of Figma (including Auto Layout, Components, and Prototyping).
• State Management: Deep knowledge of Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
• The “Plus” Factor: Proficiency in other front-end frameworks and a solid understanding of Node.js for backend collaboration.
• Modern Workflow: Experience with Webpack/Vite, Unit Testing (Jest/Cypress), and CI/CD pipelines.
