Overview

We are seeking an experienced Web Application Developer with strong JavaScript expertise and a solid background in modern frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building responsive, enterprise-level web applications and collaborating across teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience developing web applications
  • Strong hands-on experience with responsive web design
  • Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript, with extensive experience in complex web applications
  • Proficiency in HTML, HTML5/XHTML, CSS
  • Experience with frontend technologies and libraries including:
    • jQuery, jQuery UI
    • Angular, React
    • Handlebars, RequireJS, Hammer.js
  • Strong understanding of JSON, JSONP
  • Knowledge of Web APIs, RESTful services, XML/XSL, and web services
  • Familiarity with transport protocols such as SOAP/HTTPS and SFTP
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level software applications
  • Background working with Java or .NET technologies is a strong plus

Technical Tools & Platforms

  • Debugging and monitoring tools such as:
    • Fiddler
    • Browser Developer Tools
    • Splunk
  • CI/CD and collaboration tools:
    • Jenkins
    • Jira
  • Experience maintaining technical documentation and knowledge repositories

Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, debug, test, and maintain software applications supporting business and operational functions
  • Participate in the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often leveraging new technologies
  • Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for individual initiatives when required
  • Support and maintain enterprise applications with a focus on performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with external programmers and vendors to coordinate application delivery
  • Lead project-level initiatives and guide team activities without direct people management responsibilities
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while following guidance from senior team members
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to organizational knowledge bases
