🚀 About the Role

We are hiring a Fresher PHP & WordPress Developer who already has practical hands-on experience and can independently handle live website projects.

This role is ideal for early-career candidates who:

  • Have real development experience
  • Can execute tasks without structured training
  • Are confident working on client websites (primarily US market)

⚠️ This position does not include training. Candidates requiring full training are requested not to apply.

🛠 Roles & Responsibilities

🌐 Website Redesign & Modification

  • Redesign existing WordPress pages
  • Modify layouts, sections, and content as required
  • Work extensively with Elementor

💻 Custom Development

  • Build websites from scratch using PHP
  • Develop backend functionality and integrate databases
  • Perform CRUD operations (Create, Read, Update, Delete)
  • Write clean HTML, CSS, PHP, and database queries

📱 Optimization & Performance

  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-device compatibility
  • Maintain website security and functionality
  • Deliver visually clean and user-friendly interfaces

📌 Project Execution

  • Implement feedback and revisions accurately
  • Complete tasks within assigned timelines
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

✅ Required Skills (Mandatory)

  • Practical knowledge of WordPress
  • Strong hands-on experience with Elementor
  • Ability to build complete websites using PHP
  • Backend development knowledge
  • Database management (MySQL or similar)
  • Good command of HTML & CSS
  • Strong understanding of responsive design
  • Ability to work independently
