Job Overview

We are seeking passionate NLP Engineers with hands-on experience in AI and deep learning to join our remote team. This is a specialist individual contributor role working on sophisticated NLP pipelines, text and speech processing, and real-world AI applications.

This role is ideal for candidates who:

  • Have hands-on coding experience in Python3 with AI frameworks.
  • Want to work on challenging NLP, AI, and deep learning projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fetch and process unstructured data (text, audio, logs) from various sources (databases, filesystems, APIs, streams).
  • Preprocess and prepare data using NLTK, SpaCy, Gensim, Librosa, etc.
  • Develop and implement deep learning models (TensorFlow/PyTorch) for classification, regression, clustering, anomaly detection, and structured outputs.
  • Work extensively on deep neural networks (CNNs, RNNs, MLPs, DBNs, RBMs, Autoencoders).
  • Implement word embeddings and word vector representations.
  • Collaborate with the data science team on multiple AI/NLP applications.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong coding skills in Python3: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, SpaCy 3, TensorFlow 2 or PyTorch 1.5.
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning models for text and speech.
  • Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and NLP pipelines.

Preferred Skills

  • Functional programming in Python (map-reduce, lambda, etc.).
  • Development of data platforms.
  • Experience with Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, Keras.
  • Implementation of BERT and transformer-based attention mechanisms.
  • Startup or product development experience in AI/NLP is a plus.
