About the Role

We are looking for a Fresher Backend Developer eager to start their career in backend development and contribute to real-world web applications. You will work closely with our development team to build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Spring Boot or Express.js.
  • Build and manage RESTful APIs for frontend integration.
  • Ensure backend performance, security, and reliability.
  • Design, manage, and maintain databases (SQL / NoSQL).
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain backend services on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Troubleshoot and fix backend issues for smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers and team members on projects.

Required Skills

  • Fresh graduates with basic backend development knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot or Express.js.
  • Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Understanding of deployment processes and server setup.
  • Basic knowledge of databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Exposure to React.js or Next.js.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
  • Internship experience or personal backend projects.
