Role Overview

We are looking for a Freelancer Website Coordinator to manage and enhance our digital presence. This hybrid role involves:

• Managing and updating website content
• Overseeing Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Coordinating web projects and tasks with internal teams
• Assisting in web design and layout improvements
• Ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders and team members
• Maintaining project timelines and documentation

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish website content while maintaining consistency.
• Monitor and manage CMS platforms to ensure accurate, up-to-date content.
• Assist in web design improvements, including visuals, layouts, and UX.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders on project progress.
• Track project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of website updates.
• Support cross-functional initiatives requiring website coordination.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proven experience in content management and web content writing
• Basic proficiency in web design tools and front-end technologies
• Project management skills and ability to multitask efficiently
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in a similar web coordinator role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
