About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Website Developer to work on multiple web development and UI projects. This role is ideal for self-driven developers who can manage tasks independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality web solutions.

You will primarily work in PHP and LAMP-based environments and contribute to developing responsive, user-friendly websites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
  • Work with WordPress and apply basic SEO best practices.
  • Manage multiple web projects efficiently and deliver on time.
  • Maintain and optimize databases using MySQL.
  • Communicate project progress and requirements with stakeholders.
  • Identify project needs, prioritize tasks, and troubleshoot technical issues independently.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Web/UI Development: HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript.
  • Strong experience with LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
  • Knowledge of WordPress and basic SEO principles.
  • Experience with MySQL or similar databases.
  • Familiarity with SSH, Bash, and command-line tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Web Development or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Own laptop/PC (BYOD) with a stable internet connection.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
