Role Overview

We are looking for Vibe Code specialists with hands-on experience in web scraping and data extraction to join our freelance team. As an AI Pilot, you will collaborate with Tendem Agents handling repetitive tasks while managing technical, high-precision scraping workflows.

This is a part-time, fully remote freelance role that allows flexibility in scheduling and project selection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end data extraction workflows across complex websites, ensuring complete coverage, accuracy, and reliable delivery.
  • Leverage internal tools (Apify, OpenRouter) and custom solutions to accelerate data collection, validation, and task execution.
  • Extract data from dynamic and interactive web sources, handling JavaScript-rendered content and adapting to site changes.
  • Enforce data quality standards via validation checks, cross-source consistency, and systematic verification.
  • Scale scraping operations for large datasets efficiently using batching, parallelization, and monitoring.
  • Deliver structured datasets in standard formats (CSV, JSON, Google Sheets) with consistent, clear presentation.
  • Utilize LLMs and AI frameworks to enhance automation and problem-solving in data workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1 year in data analysis, AI automation, data engineering, or software development (preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (plus).
  • Web Scraping: Python scripting using BeautifulSoup, Selenium, or equivalents for multi-level sites, dynamic JS content, and API endpoints.
  • Data Handling: Navigate complex structures, handle archived pages, clean, normalize, and validate data.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, web scraping tools, and familiarity with AI/LLM frameworks.
  • Soft Skills: Attention to detail, self-directed problem solving, and ability to troubleshoot independently.
  • Language: English proficiency – upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required.
