Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Shopify e-commerce websites based on client requirements.
  • Implement responsive design to ensure sites are mobile-friendly and perform well across devices.
  • Integrate third-party apps, payment gateways, and APIs to enhance functionality.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to turn wireframes and mockups into functional websites.
  • Test, debug, and optimize websites for speed, SEO, and overall user experience.

  • Stay updated on Shopify platform updates and industry trends.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid, and Shopify development frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of responsive web design, UX/UI principles, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with Shopify apps, plugins, and theme customization.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce best practices, SEO, and web performance optimization.
  • Proficient with version control tools like Git.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for client interaction.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage deadlines efficiently.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in web development, preferably with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
  • A portfolio demonstrating previous e-commerce projects and custom Shopify solutions is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience with freelance or remote work is a plus.

Working Hours
