About the Role

  • Position: Freelance Web Developer & Designer
  • Type: Part-time / Permanent

  • Hours: Minimum 10 hours/week
  • Pay: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

This role allows you to combine technical mastery and creative design to deliver high-quality, user-focused web solutions for clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development & UX

  • Build responsive and visually appealing websites using HTML, CSS (SCSS), JavaScript, TypeScript, Bootstrap, Angular, React, and Vue.js
  • Design wireframes and user flows to optimize user experience (UX)
  • Ensure intuitive navigation and UI consistency across devices
  • Implement responsive web design principles and UX best practices

Back-End Development & APIs

  • Develop server-side functionalities using Django, Spring Framework, Ruby on Rails, ASP.NET, or PHP
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, SOAP, or GraphQL for seamless data exchange
  • Manage databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, or SQLite
  • Perform data visualization for client reporting

DevOps & Deployment

  • Set up development environments using Docker, GitHub, Jenkins, SVN, Ansible
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments
  • Apply system architecture principles and cloud practices on AWS or Azure
  • Debug, test, and ensure robust website performance

Additional Responsibilities

  • Optimize websites for SEO and fast load times
  • Collaborate with clients and teams using tools like Jira or Trello
  • Document workflows, processes, and maintain coding best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
  • Strong back-end development skills (Django, Spring, Rails, ASP.NET)
  • Experience with databases, API integration, and web services
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
  • Familiarity with version control systems (GitHub, SVN)
  • Understanding of SEO, web optimization, responsive design, and UX principles
  • Agile methodology experience with tools like Jira/Trello
  • Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills
