Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and skilled Freelance Web Designer/Developer to design and maintain responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites that reflect H&N Research’s mission of innovation and user-centered healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain responsive, accessible, and visually engaging websites.
  • Develop front-end functionality using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Create graphics, layouts, and design elements that improve user experience (UX).
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
  • Collaborate remotely with developers, designers, and product teams to refine web solutions.
  • Follow privacy-first design principles in all projects.
  • Stay updated on modern web design trends and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Web Design and Responsive Web Design.
  • Strong front-end development skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
  • Experience in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to work remotely, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
