Role Overview

As a Freelance Web Designer/Developer, you will design, implement, and maintain user-friendly, visually appealing websites. Your focus will be on accessibility, responsive design, and creating digital experiences that align with H&N’s innovative health solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain responsive, accessible, and visually appealing websites.
  • Develop front-end features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Create graphics, layouts, and design elements that enhance user experience (UX).
  • Ensure cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Collaborate remotely with developers, designers, and product teams to refine and implement design concepts.
  • Follow privacy-first design principles and ensure consistency with the company’s digital standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with web design and development trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Web Design and Responsive Web Design principles.
  • Solid front-end development skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
  • Experience in graphic design and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and user-centered design.
  • Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively with a distributed team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
