Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time remote Web Designer/Developer to design and maintain user-friendly, visually appealing websites with a focus on accessibility, responsive design, and strong visual communication.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine concepts, enhance user experience, and implement modern web designs that align with our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain visually engaging, responsive websites.
  • Create graphics, icons, and layouts that enhance the user experience.
  • Implement front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ensure cross-platform compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine design concepts and workflows.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in Web Design and Responsive Web Design principles.
  • Strong Graphic Design skills with a portfolio of visually impactful work.
  • Front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and user-centered design practices.
  • Ability to work remotely in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Ability to translate complex health or tech concepts into simple, user-friendly designs.
