Freelance Trainer – Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP®)

Job Description

📍 Location: As per project requirement (travel may be required)
💼 Job Type: Freelance / Contract
💰 Compensation: Competitive (per day / per session basis – based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver CDCP® training aligned with globally accepted data centre standards and frameworks
• Cover core modules including availability, redundancy, power systems, cooling, cabling, fire protection, and operations
• Conduct engaging sessions using real-world case studies and practical insights
• Facilitate participant discussions, exercises, and assessments
• Maintain high professional training delivery standards suitable for corporate audiences

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Valid certification: CDCP® / CDCS® / CDCE® (Mandatory)
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in data centre operations, infrastructure, or facility management
• Prior experience delivering corporate technical training (certification training preferred)
• Strong understanding of data centre standards, uptime requirements, and infrastructure systems
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (Hindi is an advantage)

Engagement Details

• Flexible engagement model (hourly / daily professional fee)
• Travel and accommodation arranged as per project agreement
• Certification examinations conducted by the authorized certification body (trainer not responsible for exams)

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / IT / Related Field (Required)
