Job Overview

Lavs Services is urgently looking for experienced Freelance Technical Trainers to deliver training in C, C++, Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), and Java or Python. This is a 3-month on-site project starting next week in Kakinada. Trainers will work directly with students, helping them build strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct classroom training sessions on C, C++, DSA, Java, and/or Python
  • Explain programming concepts clearly with practical examples
  • Guide students through coding exercises and problem-solving techniques
  • Provide assignments, coding challenges, and assessments
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback
  • Help students understand real-world programming practices
  • Maintain training schedules and course completion timelines

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of C and C++ programming
  • Good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
  • Experience with Java or Python
  • Ability to teach and mentor students effectively
  • Good communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a technical trainer / instructor
  • Experience teaching college students or beginners
  • Background in Computer Science / IT
