Role Overview

As an AI Tutor (Java), you will help generative AI models learn to handle specialized questions and complex reasoning tasks. Your responsibilities include:

  • Creating challenging question-answer pairs to test AI responses
  • Developing scoring rubrics to evaluate AI answers for correctness and relevance
  • Generating prompts likely to produce incorrect or unexpected AI responses
  • Collaborating with project leads to refine evaluation methods

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field
  • 3+ years of professional Java experience
  • Experience in code review is a must
  • Experience with AI projects is a plus
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above)
  • Ability to learn new methods, quickly switch between tasks, and handle complex guidelines
