Location: Remote (UK-based, ideally near London)
Type: Freelance / Part-time
Availability: Approx. 2–3 days per week
Compensation: £1,200 per month (based on 3 days availability)

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and reliable Freelance Social Media Manager to help plan, create, and manage content across our social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong video editing skills who enjoys turning recorded webinars, live events, and talks into engaging short-form content.

You’ll work closely with our team to bring fresh ideas to life, support brand growth, and maintain a consistent social media presence across multiple channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Edit and repurpose recorded webinars, talks, and live events into short, engaging social media clips
  • Plan, schedule, and post content across Instagram, Facebook, Arenaflex, and LinkedIn in line with our social media strategy
  • Contribute creative ideas for new and original short-form content (filming support available when needed)
  • Write engaging, on-brand social media copy tailored to each platform’s best practices
  • Organise content planning, workflows, and deadlines (we use Asana, though prior experience isn’t essential)
  • Design simple, branded visuals using Canva
  • Support podcast episode preparation and promotion
  • Edit and adapt clips from our Director’s talks, webinars, and interviews for personal brand content

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, or similar short-form formats)
  • Experience creating content that resonates with the Arenaflex audience
  • Confident using Canva for social media design
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organisation
  • Highly organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently
  • UK-based, ideally within easy reach of London for occasional in-person filming

Nice to Have

  • Experience with podcast production or promotion
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana and Descript
