Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking an experienced Freelance SAP Consultant for project-based, remote assignments. The ideal candidate will provide expert SAP consulting services, supporting implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP modules to meet client business requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and recommend SAP solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, etc.) based on project needs.
  • Support end-to-end SAP implementation, from planning to go-live and post-implementation.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate remotely with clients, project managers, and IT teams.
  • Troubleshoot SAP system issues and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and user manuals.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of SAP consulting experience with expertise in one or more modules.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and project lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in SAP configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in SAP consulting with professional project-based experience.
  • Prior remote work experience preferred.
  • Exposure to multiple industries (manufacturing, retail, finance, logistics) is a plus.

Working Hours
