Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot issues across Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, routers, and basic server setups.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications as required.
  • Maintain detailed service logs and documentation of solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT professionals when necessary.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of client systems and data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical support or IT helpdesk (1 year preferred).
  • Proficiency with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and basic networking.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, cloud storage platforms, and remote desktop tools.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of IT support or remote helpdesk experience.
  • Experience with remote client support preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, MCITP) are a plus but not mandatory.
