Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is looking for a technically skilled and self-driven Freelance IT Support Technician to provide remote technical assistance to clients across the globe. This client-facing freelance role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and resolving IT-related issues for businesses and professionals—all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues via remote tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Zoom).
- Respond to client queries professionally via chat, email, or video call.
- Troubleshoot issues across Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, routers, and basic server setups.
- Install, configure, and update software applications as required.
- Maintain detailed service logs and documentation of solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT professionals when necessary.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of client systems and data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical support or IT helpdesk (1 year preferred).
- Proficiency with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and basic networking.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, cloud storage platforms, and remote desktop tools.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of IT support or remote helpdesk experience.
- Experience with remote client support preferred.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, MCITP) are a plus but not mandatory.
Working Hours
