Role Overview

As a Freelance Full Stack Developer, you will work across the entire technology stack to improve and expand the platform. You’ll have the opportunity to suggest ideas, build new features, and experiment with innovative solutions that enhance the user journey.

This role is ideal for developers who enjoy ownership, fast execution, and startup culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack
• Build engaging user experiences and high-performance backend services
• Collaborate with founders and team members to design new features
• Improve platform performance, security, and usability
• Experiment with new technologies and product ideas
• Rapidly implement updates and improvements based on user feedback

Required Skills

• Strong experience with the MERN Stack

• Experience building modern web applications
• Good understanding of REST APIs
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment
• Problem-solving mindset and passion for building products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with startups or early-stage products
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Experience optimizing performance and scalability
• Interest in sports, fitness, or health tech
