Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Freelance Embroidery & Print Designer with a strong passion for textile design. In this role, you will create innovative embroidery and print patterns for apparel, accessories, and home textiles. Key Responsibilities

  • Design original, trend-driven embroidery and print patterns for fashion and textile products
  • Create high-quality digital artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and embroidery digitizing software
  • Convert concepts, references, or hand sketches into production-ready embroidery and print files
  • Collaborate with clients or internal teams to understand creative briefs and deliver design solutions
  • Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining brand consistency and creative quality
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate embroidery stitching and print execution
  • Research current fashion and textile trends, colors, patterns, and techniques
  • Manage multiple freelance projects while meeting deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Embroidery & Print Designer
  • Proficiency in embroidery digitizing software such as Wilcom, Pulse, or equivalent
  • Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar tools
  • Solid understanding of fabric types, stitch techniques, thread counts, and color applications
  • Excellent creativity, pattern sense, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote freelance environment
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Portfolio showcasing embroidery and print design work is mandatory

Experience Requirements

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in embroidery and print design
  • Experience working with fashion brands, textile manufacturers, or home décor labels preferred
  • Freelance or remote work experience is an advantage
