Role Overview

We are seeking skilled Freelance Developers to work on web, mobile, and software projects. As a freelance developer, you will deliver high-quality code, participate in client discussions, and contribute to innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications based on project requirements.
  • Collaborate with designers, testers, and project managers to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Participate in virtual client meetings to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate best practices in development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in one or more of: JavaScript, Python, Java, PHP, Ruby, Swift, Kotlin, C#.
  • Experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Django, Laravel, Node.js, .NET Core, Flutter.
  • Knowledge of database systems: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of development experience (freelance or contract experience preferred).
  • Freshers with a strong portfolio or GitHub projects are welcome.

Working Hours

  • Flexible schedule based on project timelines.
  • Availability for client calls and team sync-ups, primarily during Indian business hours.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple freelance projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Agile mindset and adaptable to various industries and project scopes.
