Primary Responsibilities:
• Uphold Right at Home’s Core Values (approachable, collaborative, accountable, integrity, and authentic) and integrate into all areas of your work
• Develop and execute effective strategies to generate and manage leads, utilizing inbound and outbound tactics such as webinars, email campaigns, and digital platform leverage
• Act as subject matter expert on the franchisee recruitment, education, and approval process
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with potential franchisees, providing comprehensive information about the franchise opportunity and guiding them through the initial inquiry all the way to the signing of a franchise agreement
• Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Franchise Development to implement the recruitment strategy
• Conduct interviews to evaluate potential franchisees, ensuring alignment with our brand standards and financial requirements
• Work collaboratively with franchise development marketing and sales teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation, documenting all communication in our CRM
• Deliver regular reports on recruitment progress and offer insights for process enhancement to the VP of Franchise Development
• Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to industry standards and best practices, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards during negotiations
• Stay connected long term with franchisees and Franchise Consultants to secure potential franchisee referrals
Successful candidates will have:
• B.A. in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent years of direct work experience
• 2+ years’ of proven successful franchise sales experience
• Experience performing in long sales cycle environments (60-90+ days)
• Experience prospecting sales leads and/or recruiting
• Strong competitive nature
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to negotiate and effectively influence others.
• Self-starter that can work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize work and multi-task, with excellent attention to detail
