vmysmartpros is seeking a Foreign Filing Reporting Paralegal to join our dynamic legal support team. The ideal candidate will handle international filing, reporting, and compliance activities for patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property matters. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills who can manage high volumes of documentation and coordinate with global clients.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and file foreign intellectual property documents in compliance with international regulations.

Maintain accurate filing records and update reporting systems.

Coordinate with international law firms, patent offices, and clients.

Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of all required documents.

Draft correspondence and assist in preparing legal documentation.

Support attorneys and paralegals in day-to-day IP management tasks.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Law/Paralegal certification preferred).

Prior experience in intellectual property or paralegal support.

Strong knowledge of foreign filing procedures and reporting standards.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and legal management software.
