This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple filing deadlines. The candidate will assist with preparing, reviewing, and submitting legal documents for foreign filings while ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.

Prepare and coordinate foreign filing documents and reporting requirements.
