Flutter Developer needed to finalize multilingual voice app (App Store & Play Store ready)

Project overview

We are developing Revoix, a multilingual voice-based mobile app focused on real-time spoken interaction.

The product concept, UX flows, and feature scope are fully defined. A Flutter full-source codebase already exists.

We are looking for a senior Flutter developer who can think along, review an existing codebase, and bring the app to a production-ready state for both App Store and Google Play.

What already exists

– Flutter full-source code (modular and structured)

– Defined UX flows and feature set

– Clear product vision and decision authority on the client side

Your role

– Review and understand an existing Flutter codebase

– Improve stability, structure, and edge cases where needed

– Finalize the app to be store-ready (iOS & Android)

– Communicate clearly about risks, improvements, and trade-offs

– Collaborate closely with the product owner

What we expect

– Strong experience with Flutter and published mobile apps

– Ability to work with existing code (not full rewrites)

– Structured thinking and reliable communication

– Willingness to take responsibility for production readiness

What we do NOT want

– Junior profiles

– “Yes-sayers” without critical thinking

– Large refactors without clear justification

Project setup

– Fixed-price project

– Short-term timeline (goal: fast store release)

– Clear scope and decisions
