Flutter Developer – 3 month contract with possible extensions – REMOTE

Seeking a Flutter Engineer to lead the development of advanced AI‑powered mobile applications. This role combines hands‑on engineering with architectural leadership, working on LLM‑driven features, RAG pipelines, and intelligent agent integrations.
Responsibilities
• Lead technical direction, mentor engineers, and guide agile workflow.
• Architect, build, and scale complex Flutter applications.
• Design and implement AI features including RAG pipelines, embeddings, and LLM‑based agents.
• Build advanced conversational UI and chat workflows.
• Optimize mobile performance, testing, and app‑release processes.
Requirements
• 5+ years Flutter/Dart experience.
• Strong knowledge of BLoC, Riverpod, MVVM, and mobile architecture.
• Proven record delivering apps to the App Store and Google Play.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, embeddings, and AI data pipelines.
• Ability to design multi‑agent systems and stateful chat experiences.
Preferred
• Experience with AI‑driven workflows in business or productivity apps.
• Background in predictive analytics or prop‑tech solutions.
